No. Send what you have — architectural drawings, engineering, sketches or even rough notes. If we need more to quote accurately, we'll tell you exactly what to get. We'd rather have a conversation early than guess.

We respond to every enquiry within one business day. A full quote depends on what you've sent through — straightforward jobs come back fast, bigger or more complex builds take a few days so the numbers are right.

Residential framing across the board — new homes, duplexes, granny flats, renovations and extensions, and decks and pergolas. If it's a residential timber frame, we do it.
Both. Most of our work is with builders, developers and project managers, but we also work directly with owner-builders and homeowners running their own projects.
Yes. We frame to the engineering and the architect's plans — bracing, tie-down, beam sizes, fixings, the lot. If something on the plans doesn't add up, we flag it before we cut, not after.
All of Sydney and Western Sydney — Parramatta, Blacktown, The Hills, Penrith, Liverpool, Camden, and everywhere in between. If you're not sure whether your suburb is in range, just ask.

Earlier is better. A few weeks' notice gives us the best chance of locking in dates that line up with your build schedule. That said, if something has come up short-notice, call us — sometimes we can move things around.
Depends on the size of the build. A granny flat frame can be a few days. A new home is usually one to two weeks. A duplex or larger build runs longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline with the quote.
Yes. We work to your dates, not ours. Once dates are locked in, we turn up and keep the frame moving so the trades behind us aren't left waiting.
